Embarking on a new venture, such as a 30-day self-publishing challenge, requires more than just dedication and hard work — it demands a positive mindset that propels you forward each day. The key to success lies in the simple yet powerful habits that set the tone for your mornings, so I figured this would be a good place to start this daunting 30-day self-publishing challenge.

The age-old adage “early to bed, early to rise” holds a keen truth. Right now, I am the only one in the house awake and potentially two hours of uninterrupted bliss is before me.

Waking up early grants you precious moments of solitude, allowing you to set intentions for the day ahead. It’s a critical part of my routine in a household of six, plus a dog!

Embracing the quiet of the morning, and witnessing how it fosters a sense of peace and clarity, lays the foundation for a positive and productive day.
